Donald Trump surrogate Ben Carson slammed Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Monday for comparing North Carolina’s controversial bathroom law to Jim Crow laws.
North Carolina “created state-sponsored discrimination against transgender individuals” that violates federal civil law, Lynch said in a press conference Monday announcing a lawsuit against the state.
