Roy Moore spokesman: Moore ‘probably’ still believes homosexual conduct should be illegal because it’s ‘a sin’

Ted Crockett, a spokesman for Republican Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, said Tuesday Moore “probably” still believes “homosexual conduct” should be illegal because it’s “a sin.”

“It’s what my Bible tells me, the Old Testament and the New Testament,” Crockett told CNN when asked directly about the conservative former judge’s position on same-sex relationships during a bizarre interview with Jake Tapper.
