| Sheesh! Who would have thought drawing Christmas ornaments would turn out to be such a headache? Just when you think you’re done drawing them all, you look up and see you’ve only drawn them on a quarter of the tree! On top of that, you start running out of ideas for patterns to draw on the bulbs.
This will be my last cartoon before Christmas, but I should be back in the swing of things — probably, a holly-jolly 10 lbs. fatter — on Tuesday. Also, next week the newspaper will publish a “Best of the Year” page of my cartoons, so keep an eye out for that. (I’ll probably post a heads-up a day or so before it runs.)
