‘Dragon Tattoo’ sequel won’t be out in 2013

Those of you hoping to watch “The Girl Who Played With Fire,” the sequel to last year’s “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo,” next year might be disappointed by this news. The film has been postponed to at least 2014 as work on the script is ongoing and filming won’t begin until the screenplay is set, Entertainment Weekly is reporting. But fear not — it was annouced last winter than both Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig will be back to the second film. While no director has been annouced, David Fincher, who directed “Dragon Tattoo,” is said to be the frontrunner and is open to returning to the project.
