The partnership between Georgetown University and its neighbors announced details of the school’s 10-year campus expansion plan. Chief among them: a plan to convert the Leavey Center Hotel into student residence housing by Fall 2015 and to put in GPS systems to give real-time locations of GUTS buses by the end of this year. Ultimately, all growth and expansion is aimed at providing on-campus housing for 90 percent of undergraduates by 2015 and to make transportation more convenient for students by providing Zipcars and expanding the BikeShare program. — Roxanne Turnbull
