Rockville-based Paradigm Holdings Inc., parent company of Paradigm Solutions Corporation, acquired Trinity Information Management Services Inc., a cyber forensics company based in McClean, Va. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Trinity IMS provides specialized information assurance and cyber forensics support services to the federal government, primarily the State Department. Annual revenues for 2006 exceeded $4 million. Trinity?s cyber forensics services include evidence handling and collection, and expert testimony. Trinity?s 25 employees, along with founder Christian Kleszewski, will remain on board with Kleszewski becoming a vice president for Paradigm.
