(Update: Feingold flops. Apparently, the Democratic leadership would like to gain seats in November. Republicans shouldn’t let them off the hook so easily. Republicans dared Democrats to vote for the proposal.”) Just when Democrats are gaining ground against the GOP on national security over the port debacle, they suggest something like this. Time to turn the tables, I’d say.
