‘You stole the election!’: Biden’s debut midterm rally disrupted by protester

ROCKVILLE, Maryland — President Joe Biden‘s opening midterm rally after his summer vacation was interrupted by a protester parroting former President Donald Trump’s election challenges.

“You stole the election!” the man shouted Thursday in Rockville before being escorted out of the Richard Montgomery High School gymnasium.

The man’s protests were quickly drowned out by chants of “USA!”

Biden did not shy away from Trump during his remarks, made after a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in nearby Bethesda.

“Donald Trump isn’t just a former president,” he said. “He is a defeated former president.”

“It’s not hyperbole,” Biden added. “Now, you need to vote to literally save democracy again.”
