WHO: National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine WHAT: Used a $406,000 National Institutes for Health grant to study whether injecting coffee into the intestines of cancer sufferers leads to a cure. It didn’t.

WHY IT’S AN OUTRAGE: Coffee? Why not tea? Or chocolate milk? Or Dr. Pepper? Geez.
