You can say “How you doin’?” to this Friends-themed property for rent in Florida.
The Airbnb unit in Tampa’s Ybor City features bright colors and decorations akin to those seen on the show in Rachel and Monica’s apartment. One notable piece of decor from the famous sitcom was the picture frame over the apartment door’s peephole, and the themed rental features a similar one.
Owner Frank Albert told FOX 13 that he is such a die-hard fan of the show that he chose to do his first themed rental based on the show, which lasted 10 seasons.
“It’s a gamble, but I feel like even people that aren’t fans of the show will appreciate the quality of work,” he said.

The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to the report. There are various Friends-related items around the rental that fans of the show will recognize.
The property features purple walls, green door frames, blue cabinets, and a foosball table, and it even features a copy of Stephen King‘s novel The Shining in the freezer.
Designer Erin Wertman said she spent months finding the perfect decor, per the report.
“I love how this kitchen came out. One of the things you always see in Monica’s kitchen is this clockface timer. You would think a timer would be, like, $12, but I think that one was in the hundreds, but it’s a must-have!” she said. “It’s one of those things that you have to have to make it feel realistic.”
Similarly, “The FRIENDS Experience” in Washington, D.C. offers customers the opportunity to “step inside the world of FRIENDS.”
“Explore 12 rooms of set recreations, Joey and Chandler’s apartment, Monica and Rachel’s kitchen, and Central Perk. You’ll even get to dance in front of the fountain!” the website says.
