Some eagle-eyed Twitter users caught a congressman picking his nose live on TV on Thursday as Republicans celebrated the passage of a bill in the House to partially repeal and replace Obamacare.
A video clip posted to social media showed what one Twitter user called a “blatant public nose pick.” Several others concluded that it was Michigan Rep. Paul Mitchell who was clearing his nasal canal at the Rose Garden ceremony.
