The Hay-Adams Hotel, which is just steps away from the White House, is introducing a new cocktail called “Mueller’s Trump Card.”
The drink is a combination of a Moscow Mule, highlighting special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian collusion with the Trump campaign in the 2016 elections; and a Dark and Stormy, a reference to the investigation into Trump’s personal lawyer who paid off adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep their alleged extramarital affair a secret leading up to the elections.
This new Mueller cocktail would join a menu that has other Washington-themed and administration-centric drinks, including the “Trumpy Sour” and the mocktail “Sweet Melania.”
Guests will also be able to set down their drinks on the new coasters that feature an image of Mueller inspecting a glass from a “Meddling Russian Vodka” bottle.
