Justin is a wanted man

The assault case against Justin Bieber isn’t just going to go away.

The pop prince’s alleged fight with a photographer over the weekend will be referred to an L.A. County prosecutor for possible criminal proceedings, TMZ reports.

Justin is wanted for questioning by the Los Angeles County investigators for allegedly getting into an altercation with a paparazzo who was blocking his car and taking photos of him and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, as they left a movie theater in Calabasas, Calif.

The photog called 911 and complained of chest pain, and was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

Justin and Selena allegedly left the scene before authorities could arrive.

But investigators will have to wait even longer to interview the “Boyfriend” singer. Justin took off for Europe on a promotional tour and is reportedly in Norway.

Justin tweeted after the incident that he was “Gonna focus on the important stuff. The music.”

An L.A. County Sheriff’s Department spokesman told MTV News that a large percentage of these kinds of cases get left up to prosecutors to decide how, or if, to proceed.

Dennis Rodman is learning about the importance of paying his child support.

The flamboyant former NBA star was sentenced in family court on Tuesday to 104 hours of community service on four counts of contempt for failing to pay child support, the Associated Press reports.

On top of that, Dennis has been placed on three years probation and could later be ordered to pay more than $800,000 in back child support.

The attorney for Dennis’ ex-wife  said he faces additional contempt charges for other missed payments, and another conviction could land him in jail.
