Derrick Arthur
Arthur led authorities on a massive manhunt in December 2005 after he escaped from police during a shoot-out and fled into the National Arboretum. He was apprehended on Oct. 7, 2008.
Eddie Shade
Violated parole on manslaughter and weapons charges, caught Oct. 10, 2008
Michael Hooker
Sex offender who violated probation on drug charges, caught Feb. 24, 2009
Mark Dwayne Clements Sr.
Wanted for attempted murder and failing to pay child support, caught Feb. 27, 2009
Andre T. Stevenson
Stevenson was sought for failing to register as a sexually violent criminal after he was convicted of a sex offense involving a 15-year-old boy. He had been wanted since March 2005 and was caught on June 11, 2009.
Andrew Courtney Jenkins
Jenkins was a convicted child sex offender who didn’t notify authorities of an address change. He had been deemed a sexually violent predator and was on the run for a year before he was caught on June 18, 2009.

Eric Michael Cunningham

Ferose Khan
Wanted for possession of cocaine, Ecstasy and marijuana, caught February 2010
Calvin Herring
Violated parole on assault charges, caught March 2010
Keith Daniels
Daniels was a convicted murderer accused of raping and beating a woman in her home. He was apprehended on March 26, 2010.
Denise “Neesy” McCall
Violated parole for heroin distribution, caught May 2010
Eric Lowry
Accused in a check fraud ring, caught May 2010
Richard Lilly Sr.
Lilly was wanted for allegedly attacking a woman near railroad tracks in Charles County and had been charged with assault and a sex offense. He was caught in May 2010.

Failed to register as a sex offender, caught May 20, 2010
