The call came in from Michigan.
On the line was a distraught mother worried that a Baltimore County man was trying to take advantage of her 14-year-old daughter.

The mother told police she found a letter her daughter wrote to “Williams” with a drawing of her house and instructions on how to enter her room in order to have sex, charging documents state.
Detectives from the Fruitport Police Department in Michigan, who also are members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, went to the girl?s home and interviewed her, police said.
Willnecker, who was charged Friday, is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $75,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear before a judge today for a bail review.
Willnecker is currently on probation after his release from incarceration in January 2007, police said.
