Former “Celebrity Apprentice” star Clay Aiken is apologizing for ever defending President Trump.
The former House Democratic candidate called himself a “f*****g dumbass” for believing that Trump “was not actually racist.”

“I’ve always thought he would be a dumpster fire as a president, and I was right about that,” Aiken wrote on Twitter. “I just didn’t think he was racist.”
Aiken spoke out a day after the president created another firestorm when he again blamed “both sides” for a white supremacist rally that turned violent in Charlottesville, Va., on Saturday.
Heather Heyer, 32, was killed when a car plowed through a group of counter-protesters. Nineteen others were injured.
