An accuser of R&B singer R. Kelly took the stand as a prosecution witness in his Chicago trial Thursday, telling the jury of the frequent sexual abuse she endured.
The anonymous woman, referred to by her pseudonym, Jane, testified to the “hundreds” and “uncountable times” she had sexual intercourse with Kelly from the time she was 15 to 18. Jane is now 37 years old but met Kelly at 13, when she asked him to be her godfather as a way to mentor her.
Kelly allegedly began telling her sexual things soon after and first touched her breasts when she was 14 at his music studio in Chicago. Instances of “penetration” would also later occur at his home in northern Chicago, according to Jane’s testimony.

“He would tell me what to do,” Jane explained when asked how she knew what to do sexually.
Kelly, born Robert Sylvester Kelly, is facing four counts of enticement of minors for sex, producing child pornography, and conspiracy to obstruct justice for when he allegedly paid off his accuser “Jane” during his 2008 pornography trial, in which he was acquitted.
