Former President Bill Clinton took to Twitter on Friday to wish fellow ex-President Barack Obama a happy 56th birthday, while also recalling his own deep love of balloons.

Bill Clinton’s unbridled joy and wide-eyed enthusiasm during the balloon drop at the 2016 Democratic National Convention went viral last summer, getting so much attention that “The Daily Show” graced him with another balloon drop in September.
“When I saw the film at the end of the convention, I realized that more than anybody else, I was playing with balloons and they were going to hook me off the stage,” Clinton told host Trevor Noah. “I thought, you know, I really am in my second childhood.”
