Starr, the new superintendent of Montgomery County schools, is holding the first of a series of 10 town hall-type meetings with parents, students and staff members. The first of 10 “Listen and Learn” events is schedule for 7 p.m. Tuesday at Northwest High School in Germantown. During the events, Starr will take questions from the audience and will discuss issues that are raised.
