Ted Cruz added injury to insult for wife Heidi when he knocked her in the face after dropping his presidential bid.
Cruz had just hugged her, then turned around on stage to hug his father — whacking Heidi twice, first with his hand and then his elbow.
He pulled her into a three-way hug afterward.
