District police are looking for the person who shot two people in Southeast, killing one and injuring the other.
Police said 28-year-old Christopher E. Freeman was found shot to death in an alley on the 300 block of 34th Street SE at about 3 a.m. Friday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another person was taken to a hospital.
No arrests have been made in the case.
