Montgomery County Police are asking the public to help solve the slaying of a 25-year-old man who was found in front a Silver Spring apartment.
Early Monday morning, a passerby found the victim unresponsive on the ground at 800 University Boulevard East. Felipe Armondo Flores GironGiron had suffered serious wounds to his upper body, and was taken to a hospital where he died.
Anyone who has information about Giron or who saw him Sunday or early Monday can call police at (240) 773-5070. Police are offering a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
