Police: Texas man stabbed daughter 21 times

RIO GRANDE CITY, Texas (AP) — Police have arrested a South Texas man accused of stabbing his 11-year-old daughter 21 times.

The Starr County Sheriff’s Department has charged a 37-year-old man in Rio Grande City with attempted capital murder in connection to the Tuesday attack.
