President Trump joked Tuesday about being a star while he mocked the 2018 Academy Awards for its record-low ratings.
“Lowest rated Oscars in HISTORY. Problem is, we don’t have Stars anymore – except your President (just kidding, of course)!” he wrote.

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel hosted the Oscars on Sunday, which had a 16 percent decrease in viewership from last year’s broadcast, according to Nielsen data. The numbers do not include viewers who stream the show on digital devices.
Kimmel has a been a frequent critic of Trump on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Trump has often lashed out at Hollywood for not warming to his administration.
