Montgomery County Police on Thursday announced the arrest of a former Gaithersburg Elementary School janitor accused of having sex with a young girl.
Randall Joseph Antoine Fleming, 19, of the 9800 block of Lakeshore Drive in Montgomery Village, reportedly had sex with a girl who was a neighbor numerous times between March 2004 and March of this year. The girl now is 13 years old.
