Brad Parscale, Trump’s campaign manager, said the president got a better rate than Michael Bloomberg for his Super Bowl commercial.
The comment came during an interview Parscale had with Eric Bolling, the host of America This Week on Sinclair TV. Bolling, 56, mentioned that he did not see the second Trump ad that aired during the broadcast.
“It was at the very end, the very end; it was after the game officially,” Parscale said. “It was right before the award ceremony.”
Bolling then asked if the Trump campaign had to pay the same amount. “No, no, no, we got a heck of a lot better deal than Bloomberg did,” Parscale said.
Bolling told the president’s campaign manager that Trump should boast about being a better deal-maker than Bloomberg, based on the ad rate. Parscale, 44, did not say how much the campaign paid or how he knew he paid less than Bloomberg.
