Rapper Lil Jon broke his silence on Friday and offered some thoughts about his former TV boss Donald Trump, after a Daily Beast report came out that said Trump repeatedly called the former 2013 “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant “Uncle Tom” when he dressed up as Uncle Sam. The billionaire businessman apparently did not realize it was a racial slur, the report indicated.

While Lil Jon did not endorse the Republican nominee, he made the case that Trump was a reasonable person who, when he made a mistake, was willing to recognize it and make appropriate changes.
