Ann Coulter: ‘Better Putin than Nikki Haley’

Conservative commentator and author Ann Coulter chastised the Trump administration Tuesday, suggesting she trusts Russian President Vladimir Putin over U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley.

“Better Putin than Nikki Haley,” Coulter replied to a tweet, hinting that she would rather Putin handle U.S. foreign relations over Haley.

The conservative firebrand has in recent months reversed on her once-fawning commentary about President Trump, lashing out at policies and moves she disagrees with, including the signing of the omnibus spending bill which made her “deeply depressed.”

Coulter has taken a shot at Haley before. She suggested before the 2016 presidential election that Trump should deport Haley after she delivered the GOP’s response to former President Barack Obama’s last State of the Union address.

Haley, who is the daughter of immigrants from India, previously served as South Carolina governor.
