WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — Halifax Media Group has agreed to buy the Worcester Telegram & Gazette from Boston Globe and Boston Red Sox owner John Henry for undisclosed terms.
The companies announced the sale Wednesday. Henry had said he would sell the newspaper he acquired with the Globe last year from The New York Times Co. for $70 million.
