President Trump’s Senate impeachment trial will begin at 1 p.m. EST on Tuesday after the chamber convenes for the first time since Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts swore senators in as jurors last week.
Lawmakers are expected to first vote on a resolution setting the guidelines for how the trial will proceed.
