Ex-DC councilman Brown pleads guilty to bribery

WASHINGTON (AP) — Former District of Columbia Councilmember Michael Brown has pleaded guilty in federal court to a bribery charge.

Brown, who was charged with bribery on Friday, entered the plea Monday afternoon.
