HOUSTON (AP) — A Houston woman is being accused of choking her 6-year-old son after she caught him drinking chocolate milk without permission.

Ruth Vasquez Rodriguez-Martinez remained jailed Tuesday after being charged with injury to a child and abandoning a child.
