MANTOLOKING, N.J. (AP) — Experts say the Jersey shore beaches are in their best shape in years heading into the second summer after Superstorm Sandy.
That’s due to a massive replenishment project after the enormous storm and some simple good luck: A series of brutal winter storms actually took it easy on the coastline.
