Loudoun County school counselor charged with sexually abusing student

A female Loudoun County Public Schools counselor was charged with sexually abusing a former high school student Thursday, according to a county sheriff’s office press release.

Ann Barrett of Ashburn, Virginia, was “charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by a custodian” and promptly turned herself in following the charges, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said.
