While the Virginia legislature hashes out its amendments to the current two-year budget, financial disclosure reports show that many are raking in significant cash of their own, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reports.
The report from the Virginia Public Access Project, which tracks political money in the state, shows that 14 lawmakers are millionaires, including four from Northern Virginia: Sen. Janet Howell, D-Fairfax, and Dels. Tom Rust, R-Loudoun, Joe May, R-Loudoun, and Kaye Kory, D-Fairfax.
