“Games of Thrones” actress Sophie Turner promised to no longer work in states with strict anti-abortion laws, such as Georgia.
The British native and her “X-Men: Dark Phoenix” co-star Jessica Chastain signed a letter announcing the boycott.
“There’s a letter going around that I signed saying I’m not going to work in any state that denies rights for women, for the LGBTQ community, for anyone. I’m not going to work in a state that discriminates,” Chastain told Sky News.
“I signed it too. I have yet to tell my agents I signed it,” said Turner. “They’re going to be like: ‘What? You can’t work in these states?’ Yeah I can’t work in these states.”

In response to her work in Northern Ireland, where part of “Game of Thrones” was filmed and laws about abortion are strict, Turner said, “There was a lot of work of ‘Game Of Thrones’ there, so luckily we’re moving on.”
Alabama, Ohio, Missouri, and Georgia have all recently passed strict abortion laws, with the Louisiana legislature passing a bill Wednesday that bans abortions after six weeks.
Gov. John Bel Edwards, an anti-abortion Democrat, has said he will sign the bill.
