Defense attorney David Fischer said Anne Arundel County State?s Attorney Frank Weathersbee was missing in action too much.

Weathersbee, who is seeking re-election as a Democrat, said his Republican challenger, if elected, would have less experience as a prosecutor than any of the 43 attorneys he supervised.
