President Trump said Monday he will announce his decision on the fate of U.S. involvement in the Iran nuclear agreement early Tuesday afternoon.
“I will be announcing my decision on the Iran Deal tomorrow from the White House at 2:00 pm,” Trump tweeted.

The world is watching to see what Trump does with the deal, as he’s indicated publicly for months now that he’s willing to leave the deal unless it’s dramatically improved to curb Iran’s ballistic missile program, and stop it from supporting hostile acts in the region.
Last month, White House deputy press secretary Raj Shah said Trump was “prepared to potentially withdraw” from the Iran Deal.
“[Trump] is insistent on changes both at the congressional level working with Congress and also with our European partners,” Shah told reporters. “If changes aren’t made, the president is prepared to potentially withdraw from the agreement.”
But leaders from France, Germany and the United Kingdom have pressed Trump in the last few weeks to stay in the deal, and work for its improvement. UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson was in Washington Monday to argue that ending the deal would give western countries no way to regulate Iran’s nuclear activities at all.
