WATCH: Trump to headline CPAC 2022, with DeSantis, Pompeo, and Ian Prior to appear

Former President Donald Trump is set to headline the Conservative Political Action Conference, according to a Monday announcement.

“I’ll be attending CPAC again this year in Orlando, Florida,” Trump said in a video posted to Twitter by Matt Schlapp, the head of the American Conservative Union.


“I will see you soon. Going to be a fantastic crowd. … Let’s have fun.”

The 45th president first attended CPAC in 2011 and told organizers for CPAC 2022 to get a “bigger ballroom this year.”


“Last year, it was packed, and there were thousands of people outside, and they said, ‘We’re going to get a real big one,'” he said.

Other notable speakers confirmed for CPAC include Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Rep. Jim Jordan, an Ohio Republican, and Ian Prior, executive director of FightforSchools.com.
