Actor and comedian Tim Allen reacted to President Joe Biden’s 60 Minutes interview on Monday, calling the 79-year-old leader’s cognitive ability into question.
“Biden was on 60 minutes. I heard he asked how long the show was,” Allen tweeted.

The White House is currently scrambling to answer for Biden’s latest gaffe, in which he said the COVID-19 pandemic is “over,” despite the policies surrounding it remaining unchanged.
“The pandemic is over,” he told CBS correspondent Scott Pelley during the interview. “We still have a problem with COVID. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. But the pandemic is over. If you notice, no one is wearing masks, everybody seems to be in pretty good shape. And so, I think it’s changing, and I think this is a perfect example of it.”

Now, press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is cleaning up his mess. “Just to step back for a second, when he made those comments, he was walking through the Detroit car show, the halls of the Detroit car show, he was looking around. We have to remember the last time that they had held that event was three years ago,” she said on MSNBC Wednesday. “We are in a different time. He’s been very consistent about that.”
The president further sparked concern during the interview when he admitted he is not certain about running for reelection in 2024.
“Look, my intention, as I said to begin with, is that I would run again. But it’s just an intention,” Biden explained. “Is it a firm decision that I run again? That remains to be seen.”

This latest development has only caused speculation over other high-profile Democratic 2024 contenders to increase. California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) is being touted as a possible 2024 candidate, especially as he continues to spark feuds with governors in red states, most notably Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL).
