MIXED BLESSING: Some health care sectors benefit from the Supreme Court upholding the Obama administration’s health care overhaul, which will make coverage more affordable for millions of uninsured Americans.

WINNERS: Hospitals, long saddled with billions in unpaid bills from uninsured patients, get the biggest benefit as most of those patients get insured. Drugmakers and insurers will get new customers starting in 2014, too, but that will be partly offset by new fees and taxes.

LOSERS: Medical device makers in January will start having to pay a new tax on sales that they strongly oppose. And it’s unclear if they’ll get a boost to their business.
