Disney officials are offering their sincerest apologies to a couple who had their marriage proposal spoiled by a worker at Disneyland Paris.
The proposal was happening on a platform in front of Le Chateau de la Belle au Bois Dormant when the employee ran in between the couple, appeared to snatch the ring, and scolded them to move along, according to viral footage of the incident posted to social media last week.
The man and his fiancee walked off the platform.

“She said, ‘Yes,'” he said.
“Yes, that’s great, but over here, it will be even better,” the employee appeared to reply.
The employee was booed by onlookers.
Disney has since apologized for the botched proposal, according to a report.

“We regret how this was handled,” a spokesperson for the company said. “We have apologized to the couple involved and offered to make it right.”
