Vice President Joe Biden believes “fewer people” trust Donald Trump than Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
He told CNN in an interview that aired Saturday that the only reason Trump is the nominee is because “people are upset and angry.” But “Donald Trump’s offering nothing, nothing, zero for those folks.”
The working class “hate the dysfunction of Washington,” and “Trump comes along and talks about how he’s going to change all that, he’s this breath of fresh air. And then people started to see who he is.”
He said “fewer people” trust Trump. “Look at the polls.
“Fewer people trust him than trust her. And so this is not a case where one person is really trusted and another person isn’t.”
