WASHINGTON (AP) — American University has announced commencement speakers for its six schools.

The university said Tuesday that journalist Katie Couric will address School of Communication graduates on May 10. On the same day, Paul Diaz, the chief executive officer of Kindred Healthcare, will speak to the business school, and former U.S. undersecretary of state Paula J. Dobriansky, will speak to the School of International Service.
