CliftonRED, a group of residents and officials who hope to block a Fairfax School Board proposal to close Clifton Elementary, is scheduled to hold a rally Monday night t at Ayres Square in the Town of Clifton.
Clifton Mayor Tom Peterson, state Sen. George Barker, Del. Tim Hugo, Supervisor Pat Herrity and congressional candidate Keith Fimian are expected to speak at the rally, according to a spokeswoman from CliftonRED.
The rally is scheduled to take place from 7 to 9 p.m.
