Two families are suing the town of Vienna over a 2007 Fourth of July fireworks show at which a group of spectators were seriously injured.
According to the lawsuits, Michael Ku and his son suffered severe burns, perforated eardrums and puncture wounds, while Kathryn Hollis and her two sons suffered disfiguring burns and traumatic brain injuries.
