One person is dead and two suspects have been apprehended following a late Monday shooting at Boise State University in Idaho.
Boise Police Department officers responded to a shots fired call at around 11:30 p.m. in an area near the institution’s Chrisway Annex building, the department wrote in a tweet. The solo victim from the incident, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.
Hours later, law enforcement “completed” its “search of the surrounding area” and arrested two suspects. Their names have yet to be disclosed.
The investigation was ongoing as of early Tuesday morning.
The Boise Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Washington Examiner.
