Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer was seen back in the West Wing on Thursday.
Spicer was reportedly offering St. Patrick’s Day greetings and sporting a green tie while attending President Trump’s remarks at the annual Shamrock Bowl presentation by Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar.

Random White House sighting: Sean Spicer, replete with very green tie, back in the lower press area and offering St. Patrick’s Day greetings to one and all.

Every year around St. Patrick’s Day, the prime minister of Ireland visits Washington, D.C., to present the White House with a bowl of shamrocks as a sign of good faith between the two countries.
Spicer served as Trump’s first press secretary before leaving the White House during a massive shakeup in the administration last July.
