Memory-chip maker Micron Technology Inc. is buying its Japanese rival out of bankruptcy protection for $750 million plus future payments.

Lincare Holdings Inc., up $7.32 at $41.34

Germany’s Linde AG, a maker of industrial gases, is buying the home care company for $4.6 billion to expand its health care business.

Groupon Inc., down $1.12 at $9.51

A Susquehanna analyst lowered his target price on the stock to reflect higher marketing expenses over the next few quarters.
