Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson said he does not think Hillary Clinton is in legal jeopardy with the investigation into her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
“I don’t think there’s been criminal intent on Hillary Clinton’s part, so I don’t see an indictment,” the former New Mexico governor told CNN on Sunday morning.
“I’m not a stone thrower when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her emails and her server,” said the former Republican who is topping the Libertarian ticket with another former GOP governor, Bill Weld of Massachusetts.
